The problem was to choose an animal and create a logo and symbol. I chose an anemone because of its unique appearance. The project started with creating a detailed sketch, which was then simplified to an abstract graphic. A typeface was chosen that best fit the anemone's flowing form. From there, the typeface was edited to make a typographic solution with added color. The final solution shows an effective manner of capturing the characteristics of the anemone.
