The Elkhart Public Library’s Winter Reading Challenge was designed to encourage community members of all ages to stay engaged with reading during the colder months through a fun, accessible experience. For this campaign, I created a cohesive visual identity that was carried across both print and digital materials, including promotional posters, web banners, social graphics, and custom achievement badges for the Beanstack reading app. The playful winter-inspired illustrations and bold typography were designed to feel welcoming and approachable while still maintaining consistency with the library’s brand.

In addition to the digital experience, I also designed a physical reading tracker card for participants who preferred an offline option, especially older patrons or community members less comfortable with using apps. The fold-out card allowed readers to easily track their progress while still participating in prize drawings and challenge milestones. This project focused heavily on accessibility, multi-platform consistency, and creating an engaging experience that could be enjoyed by a wide range of library users across both digital and print formats.
