Fan Tea is a conceptual tea packaging design that combines functionality with sculptural form. Inspired by the shape of an ornamental folding hand fan, the product unfolds to reveal twelve individual tea servings, each attached to a built-in stirring stick for a more interactive user experience.
The project emphasizes sustainability through both material and packaging decisions. The tea bags are designed using biodegradable fabric, while the single exterior package reduces the excess waste commonly associated with individually wrapped tea products. The exterior packaging was also designed to be reusable, encouraging extended use beyond the initial product experience.
Using a monochromatic color palette, clean sans-serif typography, and minimal layouts, the brand identity creates a modern and refined aesthetic intended to appeal to younger audiences seeking both sustainability and elevated product design.
