This app concept was designed to support Purdue University students by centralizing academic planning and campus connection into a single, user-friendly platform. It provides detailed course information to simplify class scheduling while also incorporating a built-in communication feature that allows students to connect with classmates and faculty more easily.

This project was developed as part of an independent study in Social Design in collaboration with another student. Through research and student survey feedback, we identified a need for a more accessible and centralized system for exploring courses, understanding class expectations, and making informed scheduling decisions.

The final concept is a mobile app designed using Purdue’s branding and color system, featuring a comprehensive course database that includes student ratings and reviews. In addition to academic planning tools, the platform also includes a social component that allows students enrolled in the same course to connect through an integrated chat feature, encouraging collaboration and community-building within the academic experience.
